The seller. This website is operated by Nwat, CR No. 7039563262, VAT No. 312725185200003, Saudi Arabia, trading as Nwat Delights (نواة). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Prices & payment. All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT. Accepted payment methods: Mada, Apple Pay and Visa/Mastercard — processed securely through Moyasar, our SAMA-licensed Saudi payment provider — plus Tabby/Tamara (buy now, pay later). An order is confirmed only after payment authorization and our order confirmation message.

Invoices. A ZATCA-compliant simplified tax e-invoice (with QR code) is issued electronically with every order.

Promo codes. One promo code per order; codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We may withdraw or limit promotional offers at any time.

Product information. Product images are illustrative; actual appearance may vary slightly as our products are handmade. Ingredient, allergen and nutrition information is provided on each product page and on the product label — customers with allergies (milk, tree nuts, gluten, soy) must review it before ordering.

Availability. All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to replace it or refund its value.

Delivery & returns. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Replacement Policy, both part of these terms.

Liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts and authorities.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
