What we collect. When you order or register: name, phone number, email, delivery address, order history, and gift message details. Payment card details are processed securely by our licensed payment providers (Moyasar; Tabby/Tamara for pay-later) and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it. To process and deliver orders; send order confirmations and delivery updates via WhatsApp/SMS/email; respond to inquiries; improve our products and website; and — only with your consent — send offers and newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time.
