Nwat (نواة) is the date stone, the heart of the fruit. We start from that heart: soft Medjool dates, filled with flavours Saudi Arabia loves and finished in chocolate.
The name
نواة means the heart of the date.
In Arabic, nwat is the date stone, the part everything grows from. We took that idea literally: start with a soft Medjool date, then build a filling around it.
Raspberry, pistachio kunafa, Saudi coffee, Hasawi black lime and hazelnut. Five fillings, one chocolate shell.
